1. Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Returns are accepted for all products, provided they meet the conditions below.

• Free return shipping is available for all approved returns.

• No restocking fee is charged.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

• The product should be in the same condition as received

• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• An unboxing video or clear images are required for verification

3. Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product is damaged due to misuse, washing, or wear

• Original tags or packaging are missing

• The return request is raised after 30 days

• There are minor colour variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution

4. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if any at the time of purchase) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

• No Exchanges are available

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
